Stretch & Strengthening

Primarily using resistance bands to stabilize and stretch, this class is adaptable to all ages, levels and abilities. This class begins with a movement based warm-up to get the blood flowing and the body moving then steadily progresses into conditioning of the core, arms, and legs using resistance bands and finishes up with rejuvenating stretches of the legs, shoulders, chest and back. Resistance bands are provided, but Dance Waterloo suggests bringing a large towel to use for abdominal work and modifications!
