Fit Fusion is a 45 minute, full-body workout blending techniques of Pilates and Barre! Beginning with Pilates mat movements to prime the muscles of the core, we’ll gradually work up to standing barre-style exercises that will challenge your strength and balance. Some gentle yoga stretches throughout will ensure the body stays warm and limber. This class is adaptable for people of all ages, levels, and abilities. Please have a mat or towel, a chair, and a bottle of water handy!
