Join Dance Waterloo for a season of contemporary-based dance classes throughout Austin with Artistic Director, Morgan Mackay Teel. The classes will begin indoors at Dancer's Workshop. Drop-ins welcome. Pay-what-you-can. This class is best suited for professional dancers ages 18+. Artist Statement: The focus of the class is setting intention with qualitative movement, building stamina, and problem solving brain/body “tongue twisters” in improvisation and composition. Join Dance Waterloo for What The Fit?! Flow at Mueller Park, a pay-what-you-can fitness class. This class follows a gentle, Vinyasa flow yoga structure. By fluidly moving through a series of yoga shapes with an emphasis on alignment, this class will strengthen and stretch the entire body. Adaptable to all ages, levels, and abilities.
