Join Dance Waterloo for What The Fit?! Flow at Easton Park, a pay-what-you-can fitness class. Pairing elements of resistance band movement, yoga, and Pilates to stabilize and stretch, What The Fit?! is adaptable to all ages, levels, and abilities. Rule of Three is an all female artistic collaboration featuring dance performance/choreography by Dance Waterloo, Scandinavian/Old Time folk music performed by Mira Dickey, and public art by Yareth Fernández González.
