Low Impact for High Impact is a monthly virtual workshop focusing on a variety of physical practices. 100% of proceeds from this donation-based workshop go to support organizations with a primary focus of supporting BIPOC communities. The workshops are suitable for any age and any physical practice level.
Join us for a 45 minute session where we will focus on activating the glute and abdominal muscles through a series of low impact exercises. We will take time to stretch the working areas, as well as the head, neck and back. Attendees will need water, a yoga mat, towel or carpet to lay on, and a space large enough to hold a plank.
