Grab your best walking shoes and join Dance Waterloo for a virtual Walking Meditation no matter where you are in the world on Monday, May 2nd, from 6:30 to 7:15 pm CDT. Maybe you don’t walk much, or it is a part of your daily routine, but how often do you take time to notice your surroundings outdoors? This guided walking meditation will bring awareness to your environment. Deepen gratitude for nature and yourself in this intimate yet vast experience. 100% of proceeds will go to Adults Independent and Motivated

The Virtual Walking Meditation is a part of Dance Waterloo’s Low-Impact For High Impact program (LIFHI). LIFHI supports the work of organizations that serve people with disabilities, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities.
