
Join Dance Waterloo for a pay-what-you-can fitness class at Dancers Workshop.
Pairing elements of resistance band movement, yoga, and Pilates to stabilize and stretch, What The Fit?! is adaptable to all ages, levels, and abilities. What The Fit?! begins with a movement-based warm up, steadily progresses to conditioning of the core, arms, and legs using resistance bands, and finishes up with rejuvenating stretches of the legs, shoulders, chest, and back. Resistance bands are provided, but Dance Waterloo suggests bringing a large towel or yoga mat to use for abdominal work and/or modifications!
