Pairing elements of resistance band movement, yoga, and Pilates to stabilize and stretch, What The Fit?! is adaptable to all ages, levels, and abilities. What The Fit?! begins with a light cardio warm up, steadily progresses to conditioning of the core, arms, and legs using body weight or resistance bands, and finishes up with rejuvenating stretches of the legs, shoulders, chest, and back.
Resistance bands are provided if used, but Dance Waterloo suggests bringing a large towel or yoga mat to use for abdominal work and/or modifications!
